Leaving the Isle of Man.
After being disappointed about missing the Senior race we found out later that night that it had been cancelled all together so staying another night wouldn't have mattered.
So many bikes! This is just the line for our Ferry to Heysham.
All that waiting just to get a boarding pass.
Now to line up again to get on the Ferry.
Just to give you some idea of how many bikes come to this little island this is the line up for yet another Ferry.
Packed in like sardines.
Lucky these guys know what they are doing. Makes it very hard to get off and on the bikes though, especially if you have short legs.
A not so warm or dry welcome into Heysham.
We received a much warmer welcome where we stayed, The Royal Hotel in Bolton-Le-Sands.
Not to far along the walk is another great pub called Packet Boat.

There is a great walk along the canals at the back of the pub.
