It's a long way to Tipperary....but we finally got there.

Ever since reading Charlie Boorman's book, By any Means, Maurice has been looking forward to going to the Roundwood Inn in County Wicklow and having a beer.

He also wanted to have his photo taken at the front gates of the Boorman's house. 

As an added bonus the young lady, Sinead, who runs Skylarks rest in Roundwood was lovely and very helpful.  It was a shame we couldn't stay for longer as the Wicklow mountains are just sensational.
